6 simple steps to virtual training
We’ve developed a seamless process to get you started quickly and making progress towards your fitness goals. Here’s what to expect from Next Phase Fitness.

Service Agreement & App Access
When you say “go”, we’ll start with two quick and easy e-signatures. Then, you’ll join the True Coach app where you’ll access your workouts and direct communication with me, your trainer.
02.
Basic Assessments
You’ll be guided through assessments in the True Coach app that will inform where we start with your programming and will help to familiarize you with using the app.
03.
Activate Membership
Once your assessments are complete, you’ll sign up for your monthly plan. There is no long-term commitment required and it’s simple to cancel or even pause your membership.
04.
Personalized Programming
Your program includes workout-specific warm ups and periodization to keep you making progress while reducing risk of injury.
05.
Ongoing Support
Within the True Coach app, you’ll have access to unlimited messaging where you can ask questions, upload form check videos.
06.
Monthly Assessments
How are you doing? How is your sleep, stress, recovery? By checking in, we can keep your programming enjoyable and appropriate, keeping you moving towards your goals.
